For laminate flooring, sweeping is the best way to keep your floors looking great on a regular basis. When you sweep, you remove dirt and other debris that can scratch, scrape, and cause lingering damage to your laminate floors. How often you sweep will depend on the traffic the laminate flooring receives.
You can also damp-mop your laminate for a deeper clean, but be wary of using too much water when doing so. A soaking-wet laminate flooring is likely to warp or lead to damage to the subflooring.
Dealing With Laminate Spills & Stains
Laminate floors are not overly vulnerable to liquid or solid spills. That is if you address these messes immediately after they occur. The longer you wait to clean up a mess, the more likely it is that lingering issues could occur.
When a liquid spill takes place on your laminate, wipe up the substance in a timely manner with a cloth or towel. For solid messes, use your broom and sweep up the substance(s).

CarpetPLUS redid the carpet in all of my house. They were very helpful and honest when choosing carpets and very accommodating on when I got the carpet done. There were a few things the installers missed solely because I was the one who removed the carpet and they weren’t normally carpeted spots and they happily came back and fixed them up. I love Carpet Plus Flooring Designs! They went above and beyond on my kitchen floors, Bathroom, And hallway. From start to finish, they went above and beyond! They had to come back out to change a few boards out that just didn’t look right. Adam, the owner even came over to see the project! He could not have been more helpful! He even went and got different quarter round and stained it on his weekend! To change out one that didn’t match quite right! Chad was so helpful, finishing out where the floors that meet the carpet, Super nice guy! Ronny The installer was so easy to work with very sweet! He did a great job!
