What flooring handles snow and firewood traffic best?
Luxury vinyl and tile are ideal for entryways and kitchens. They're scratch-resistant, waterproof, and easy to clean after muddy or snowy days.
Can you deliver and install flooring in remote mountain areas?
Yes. Our team regularly services off-grid and hard-to-reach homes in Clark and North Routt County. We plan accordingly and communicate clearly.
What’s the best way to insulate floors in a log cabin?
We offer underlayments that provide thermal protection and sound control—especially helpful in open cabin layouts.
Is real wood flooring good for high-altitude homes?
Yes, but we often recommend engineered hardwood for better moisture and temperature resistance in variable climates like Clark.
Do you offer custom rugs for cabins with open layouts?
Absolutely. We can cut and bind rugs to your preferred size from any carpet we carry—perfect for zoning large open spaces.

Carpets Plus helped us pick out tile when we were building our home in Stagecoach 5 years ago and were very helpful. Recently, we had to replace the tile on our patio table and they had some leftovers that worked perfectly and even helped us get a few of them cut down to size. They are very customer oriented and responsive.
