They had to come back out to change a few boards out that just didn’t look right. Adam, the owner even came over to see the project! He could not have been more helpful! He even went and got different quarter round and stained it on his weekend! To change out one that didn’t match quite right! Carpets plus floored our whole apartment and they did a wonderful job! When we asked for the best carpet they gave it to us! And when we asked for the best wood flooring that doesn't scratch and won't get damaged we got it! They did an amazing job, they gave us carpet that will last for 10 or more years, stain free and damage tolerant. We set a date. They came and installed everything the same day. They left the place spotless as well. The entire operation went smoothly from the start. We picked out the vinyl and carpet and 3 weeks later it was done. No problems .
